Banana Bread Breakfast Cookies
This two ingredient recipe can be a total life changer. It can be your new obsession. Make your breakfast interesting with this easy recipe. All you need are bananas and oatmeal. It takes around 15 minutes to bake and doesn’t have over 30 calories per cookie.
- Mashed Bananas: 2
- Oatmeal: 2 cups
Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Ground oatmeal in a blender, it doesn’t have to be powder. Mix bananas and ground oatmeal together and add your favorite add on in it (raisin, chocolate chips, nuts, anything you like). Butter up your baking tray and take out the batter on it. Bake it for 10 to 12 minutes and voila!
Zucchini Boat Tacos
This recipe can make you fall in love with your lunch time. These zucchinis are the perfect combination of ground beef, cheese and your favorite vegetables and spices.
- Olive Oil: 2 table spoon
- Bell Pepper: 1 finely chopped
- Onion: 1 finely chopped
- Salt: half tea spoon
- Pepper: One-fourth tea spoon
- Ground beef: 1 lb
- Cumin: 1 tbsp
- Garlic Powder: half tsp
- Chili powder: half tsp
- Salt: half tsp
- Pepper: one fourth tsp
- Cheese (mix, chedder and mozzarella)
- Zucchinies: 4 (cut lengthwise)
- Green Onions chopped: As required
Preheat your over to 400 F. In a Pan sauté bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper in butter for 4 minutes. Add ground meat and cook for 8 more minutes. Add seasoning and cook until cooked. Turn it off the stove and add cheese. Put zucchini boats on a tray. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and salt. Add the mixture to the zucchinis. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Take off the foil and cook for 12 minutes again. Top with cheese and melt it. Serve it with chopped onions.
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
This is probably the easiest recipe that you can come across. It is absolutely delicious, so if you are into a mood of cooking without putting a lot of effort then this is your go-to recipe.
- Boneless chicken: 1lb
- Salsa: 1 and a half cup
Place whole chicken breasts in slow cooker with salsa. Cover it and cook it for 4 hours on high heat, or till chicken can be easily shred. Mix it with remaining salsa. You can serve it with tacos, burritos, or lettuce wraps and top it with tomatoes, cheese or sour cream.
